I am basically self-taught, and work in oils and watercolour. Oils, being my medium of choice, permit- me to achieve the vibrant colour, the dramatic detail and the striking realism which define
- my work. Diverse surfaces upon which to paint allow me to produce intriguing and unique
- pieces. I am a member of several artists' associations, and take part in a number of exhibitions.
- My works hang in local galleries, shops, and corporate offices. The Art Gallery of Ontario has
- acknowledged my work and holds my file. The establishment of a co-op gallery to serve local artists
- is my current project.
