John's primary activity when he was five was drawing animals. Rather than follow his first
- ambition, he worked first in documentary film, and now in counseling psychology. A few years
- ago, remembering his earlier occupation, he started doodling seriously. He finds energies in
- nature, which he tries to express both realistically and abstractly. Self-taught (with a few
- exceptions) he has exhibited (solo and group juried show) and has work in private collections and
- commercial use here, in the US and Britain.
