"I find watercolour to be a wonderful medium, which continues to challenge and intrigue me after 15 years of painting.
As I give in to the medium, my style has become more impressionistic, especially as I find more time to paint on location.
I paint whatever catches my eye. My subject matter might be the shadow pattern on a house, pears in my window or granite around Parry Sound. Usually it is the play of light that attracts and inspires me to capture these images on paper."
