- Born in St. Catharines, Ontario
- Attended University in Guelph, Ontario
- Meredith was persuing a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture when she discovered print making.
- After completing a bachelor degree, Meredith accepted a position as an assistant curator/printer at the Mackenzie Heritage Printery in Queenston, Ontario. This position allowed her further development of both her printmaking, (specifically letterpress) and design skills.
- In September of 1998 Meredith moved to Toronto. In Toronto Meredith had the opportunity to work for Pantry Press on Roncesvalles; a letterpress shop dedicated to fine printing and design, and participated in illustration courses at the Ontario College of Art & Design.
- Meredith has been involved in a variety of juried art shows and writing workshops. Her printmaking efforts are currently available through the open studio sales program in Toronto, Ontario
